Menu Plan Monday

The weekly menu is on the calendar and here is what we are working with, and will it change?  It might. 

But, having it wrote down on the calendar in the kitchen will help when I walk in the kitchen from work and wonder what the heck I am going to fix for dinner. 

Monday - Chili with rice and cornbread

Tuesday - Leftover Chili

Wednesday- Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled Zucchini

Thursday - Western Omelets with Toast

Friday - Chili Dogs

Saturday -  BLT's

Sunday - Salmon and Brown Rice

What about you? What's on the menu plan at your house this week? 


  1. I have no idea. When I look in the freezer, I will decide. I know I have carrots, salad, tomatoes, and other stuff. I just need to decide what meat to thaw. I don't feel well, so this is not a priority, but I will not go hungry.

  2. The temperature has dropped <0C most mornings and I think of slow cooking, stews, soups. On the menu this week - pork chops with roasted vegetables; hamburger hashbrown skillet with hollandaise sauce; tomato macaroni soup. That will get me through the week with leftovers and changes. I'm waiting to process more tomatoes. I pickled beets yesterday and soon I will deal with the carrots in the fridge.
